Refund and Cancellation

BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal provides a collection of online resources, including matrimony services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service"). Due to nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or money back.

Our effort is to try and offer you the best service to your satisfaction.

BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal does not guarantee a full refund, If you change your mind after paying for a certain service, BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal will act only on the policy here within. BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal will refund according to the following guidelines:

  1. BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal will not refund you, if you paid for service and then change your mind.
  2. In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal will not refund any amount.
  3. If you are not satisfied with service provided by BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal, you will not get refund.
  4. BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the service it provides, any premium advertising and subscription which breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or where the user breaches any of these Terms or Conditions (and subject to any applicable laws), without refund.
  5. If you made multiple duplicate payments, sometimes this happens due various payment processing related issues, in this case we will refund you full amount which is there in your account.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by direct deposit to your nominated account. Refund payments may take up to ten (10) business days to be received.

Be sure to include your full name, contact number and the reason of cancellation. *All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the billing department of BhoiVivah/Ashok VadhuVar Suchak Mandal will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
